Lead the systematic growth of the business leveraged in the categories assigned, ensuring the execution of the value proposition of the categories and brands, meeting the budget and maximizing the profitable growth of the Country, through the design of strategic plans that integrate the needs and particularities of the consumer/shopper/local market, and aligned with the corporate guidelines of the Strategic Business Unit (South Latam CG)

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to the global development work related to the assigned brands and categories portfolio.
  • Might participate in projects.
  • Develop, manage and/or implement marketing plan and activities for assigned categories and brands for the area of responsibility inline with global and/or South Latam CG guidelines.
  • Saveguarding financial health of the country business and categories interacting and coworking with other stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities.
  • Adapt brands. categories and/or product marketing communication material across all consumer touch points to secure efficient and effective communication for each market activity.
  • Manage product launch process (incl. feedback) according to agreed plan and within assigned budget for area of responsibility
  • Ensure accurate logistic forecast and supply to fullfilled the budget.
  • Develop and/or implement promotions and corresponding support materials in collaboration with other stakeholders
  • Ensure collection of market/brand/product/channel related insights and share them with relevant parties (working in partnership with CMU, South Latam Marketing)
  • Might incl. delivering trainings.
  • Lead, direct and develop a team (including personal feedback & development)

  • Who You Are

  • Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related areas.
  • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 6 years in management positions with technical knowledge and defined competencies, 4 of which must be in Marketing, Sales or Trade Marketing positions.
  • Knowledge of marketing, project management, finance, sales channels, brand development, commercial and analytical skills. Knowledge in FMCG and/or B2B as applicable is desirable.
  • Experience in leading people and in networking across enterprise.
